Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join our Agile Practice team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL orNew York, NY.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Coach enterprise lines of business on Agile, technical, and product management practices to improve business agility and team effectiveness.
  • Apply data analytics and performance measurement frameworks to evaluate Agile adoption, monitor transformation progress, and inform evidence-based decisions.
  • Design and facilitate the implementation of Agile ways of working and long-term transformation roadmaps across the organization.
  • Solve systemic, enterprise-level challenges in a structured manner, shaping scalable approaches ahead of broader rollout or pilot expansion.
  • Serve as a servant leader and change agent, driving mindset and behavior change through Agile advocacy, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Facilitate trainings and workshops, define success metrics, and recommend improvements to strengthen team and program practices.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods, including Scaled Agile Frameworks, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Expertise in cross-functional team leadership, coaching and mentoring approaches, facilitation, and teaching methods, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties, with strong problem-solving skills and experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
