Salary Range: $135,000-$155,000 per year

BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS - LNCA offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as distinctive benefits like a high employer 401K match, paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay, short-term and long-term disability benefit plans, above-benchmark paid maternity and parental leave, bonus opportunities in accordance with the Company's incentive plans, paid time off to volunteer, and an active/growing Employee Resource Group network.

End-to-End Design Execution
  • Lead the design process from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final production-ready deliverables.
  • Create and maintain design artifacts, including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design system components that represent the end-user experience.

  • Partner with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout implementation.
  • Participate in design reviews, critiques, and sprint ceremonies to maintain quality and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
