Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, or Implementation Partners and must be comfortable handling technical and niche IT requirements in the US market.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage complete life-cycle recruitment for US-based IT requirements.
- Work on Direct Client / W2 / C2C / 1099 roles.
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, ATS, internal database, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication skills, visa status, and experience.
- Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups until onboarding.
- Negotiate pay rates/salary and ensure successful closures.
- Maintain submission trackers and ensure timely and quality submissions.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly recruitment targets.

- Strong understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
- Good knowledge of visa types: H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.
- Experience working in EST time zone.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and ATS systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with Direct Clients.
- Experience handling niche/priority IT roles.
- Strong consultant/vendor database.
- Proven track record of successful placements.
