Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter
Location: 100% Remote (India)
Shift: US Shift - EST Time Zone

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, or Implementation Partners and must be comfortable handling technical and niche IT requirements in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete life-cycle recruitment for US-based IT requirements.
  • Work on Direct Client / W2 / C2C / 1099 roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, ATS, internal database, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, communication skills, visa status, and experience.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups until onboarding.
  • Negotiate pay rates/salary and ensure successful closures.
  • Maintain submission trackers and ensure timely and quality submissions.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly recruitment targets.
