Meet the teamReporting to the Sr Director, Brand Strategy, you'll lead the planning, delivery, and optimization of Preply's brand investment in the US.
This is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of US campaign planning and execution. You'll turn business-plan priorities into market plans, channel plans, and clear measurement frameworks, working across Brand, Growth, Creative, Analytics, and external partners.
You'll combine operational ownership with strategic judgment: ensuring investment is focused in the right markets, campaigns are locally relevant, and learnings translate into scalable playbooks.
About the roleWe're looking for a Senior US Brand Campaigns Manager to own how Preply plans, activates, measures, and improves brand investment in the US.
This is not purely a media-buying role. You'll connect brand strategy to in-market execution, bring strong commercial and analytical judgment, and help ensure campaign activity drives meaningful awareness and business outcomes.
What you'll be doingUS market and campaign planning- Own the US brand-campaign plan, from annual business planning through in-market delivery and optimization.
- Build market- and city-level plans, defining where and when Preply should invest.
- Turn brand strategy into clear campaign briefs, channel plans, timelines, and accountable owners.
- Identify and develop local activation opportunities that build awareness and create learning for future investment.
Investment and performance management- Manage and optimize US campaign investment across markets, channels, creative, and activations with clear focus on digital
- Establish clear daily and weekly reporting, forecasting, and decision-making rhythms.
- Recommend investment shifts based on performance and learning.
- Build scalable playbooks for US market execution.
Measurement and insight- Define campaign measurement frameworks with Analytics, Growth, and channel partners.
- Track brand and campaign outcomes, including reach, GMV, LTV , CAC, CPM amongst downstream business impact.
- Translate data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Lead post-campaign reviews and ensure learnings inform future planning.
Cross-functional execution- Partner with Creative, Growth, Analytics, and externals to deliver campaigns effectively.
- Ensure US activity is locally relevant while consistent with Preply's global brand.
- Own agency and partner relationships relevant to US campaign delivery.
- Drive projects to a high standard with independence, pace, and attention to detail.
What you need to succeed- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated digital campaign management, market strategy, or a related discipline, ideally in a fast-paced tech, consumer, or marketplace environment.
- Experience owning significant marketing investment and making investment recommendations.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills; confident working with performance data, forecasting, and business plans.
- Strong expertise with video platforms, including YouTube, and landing-page or campaign-journey optimization.
- Experience planning and delivering integrated campaigns across channels and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of brand measurement and experimentation.
- Proven ability to manage agencies, external partners, and complex cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, independent, and comfortable owning ambiguous work from plan through execution.
- Based in the US, with a strong understanding of the US media and consumer landscape.

Base salary (New York): USD $140,000-$175,000 per year.
Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and work location, where applicable. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for equity grants and Preply's benefits package.
