Pay Range: $77,180.00 - $102,899.99

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supervise daily underground mining operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production
  • Coordinate workforce activities, equipment usage, and material flow to meet output targets
  • Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and drive a strong safety culture
  • Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to optimize operations


What Are We Looking For
  • Blasters and Mine Foreman Licenses required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in an underground mining, heavy industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of mining operations, safety regulations, and risk management practices
  • Proven capability to make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-impact situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative working relationships
  • Skilled in planning, problem-solving, and driving operational efficiency


Work Environment

This role is based in an underground aggregate mining operation and involves regular exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and confined spaces. The position requires hands-on leadership presence in the field and the ability to work 10 to 12 hour shifts mostly days but may flex as needed to support operations.
