Job Location : New York City, NY / Montreal, CAJob Description - The resource will have a strong background in user experience design with expertise in conducting user research creating wireframes and prototypes and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional user centric solutions
Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand user needs preferences and behaviors
- Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that meet business objectives
- Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions
- Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements
- Stay up to date on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UX design
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD and GenAI features
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 100000 to 130000
