Position: Senior Trial Attorney

Location: New Orleans, LA, US Redmann Law is seeking an outstanding Senior Trial Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience and a proven track record of leading multiple first-chair jury trials. While expertise in personal injury cases is preferred, criminal jury trial experience will also be taken into consideration.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: Competitive annual salary with bonuses guaranteeing a minimum of $195,000, with the potential to exceed this amount based on successful outcomes of high-value cases. -

Responsibilities
• Lead all stages of litigation, starting from pre-trial preparations to handling appeals while effectively representing clients.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys, emphasizing conflict resolution strategies.
• Participate in continuous legal education and training activities alongside the legal team.
• Conduct training and mentorship sessions for junior attorneys and staff members.
• Work collaboratively with the dedicated legal team to ensure excellent client care is delivered.
