Full Job Description
Senior Treasury Analyst - Cash Management will manage North America and Latin America cash management and banking operations, while optimizing Ecolab’s global liquidity. The role will partner with Market teams and Corporate Functions to execute key initiatives, and support treasury transformation projects, M&A integrations, and global ERP implementations. This position will also liaise with banking partners and collaborate with Global Business Services to implement new programs and support working capital strategies.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee cash management and banking operations across North America and Latin America
  • Manage the Company’s global liquidity position, including daily cash management, letters of credit, and the $2B commercial paper program
  • Prepare global direct cash flow forecasting to support borrowing and investment decisions
  • Drive efficient cash management processes across regions and optimize the global intercompany loan portfolio
  • Support global ERP implementations from a banking and treasury perspective
  • Support M&A due diligence and post-close integration activities
  • Support month-end close and reporting for cash transactions
  • Prepare SEC financial disclosures related to cash and credit facilities
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including Treasury Operations process enhancements, system solutions, best practices, and strengthened controls

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or a related field
  • 4 years experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Treasury Functions
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical aptitude, organizational skills, and high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented and proactive with a process improvement mindset
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate overall business acumen and understanding of treasury operations
  • Knowledge of international cash management, forecasting and internal controls
  • Knowledge of SAP/Kyriba a plus
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation or financial institution

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
