Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Senior Trauma Nurse Coordinator in San Antonio, TX to support trauma nursing, clinical performance improvement, and multidisciplinary coordination. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.
What You'll Do:- Support trauma performance improvement activities.
- Support CPG compliance and clinical case review.
- Support trauma registry data validation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary trauma and performance improvement activities.
What You Bring:Required:
- BSN from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 states.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in trauma, emergency, critical care, trauma registry, or performance improvement.
- Experience with trauma performance improvement, CPG compliance, case review, registry validation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Secret clearance required.
- CAC eligibility required.
- T3 investigation requirement.
Preferred:
- Trauma-related certification such as TCRN, CEN, or CCRN.
