Job Overview:We are currently searching for a new
Senior Transition partner to join our team in
Capital Partners & Client Solutions. This role focuses on leading advisors and their teams through various RIA conversion paths and is primarily responsible for coordinating the activities associated with these transitions and the various structures including LPL Corporate RIA, Hybrid RIA, establishing a new RIA, and Independent Financial Advisor (IFA). In addition, this role provides operational support for M&A transactions, coordinating key transitions, integration, and business readiness activities to ensure seamless execution and advisor onboarding throughout the deal lifecycle.
Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with our clients (Financial Advisors/Professionals) and internal business partners
- Consult and guide transitioning advisors through the transitions processes, set expectations and provide ongoing alignment with the transition timeline; Establish trust quickly
- Research complex topics, facilitate activities associated with resolution through completion
- Rely on strong communication skills to bring advisors and teams through policies and procedures knowledge transfer; Leverage knowledge of conversion path types to drive work forward
- Act as primary Point of Contact (PoC) for all inquiries; maintain ownership, provide knowledge transfer and educate our customers through the entire transition journey; Emphasis on service and timely closeout
- Follow organizational conversion procedures/checklists; Consistently demonstrate adherence to best practices while also maintaining appropriate level of flexibility needed to support the needs of the advisors
- Establish strong lines of communication with all applicable internal departments to ensure we are meeting expectations and maintaining our path to an on-time conversion and status change
- Diligent maintenance of notes on all internal/external communications within Salesforce
- Daily monitoring of conversion pipeline & proactively reaching out to engage with clients
- Regularly participate in organizational training and maintain awareness of up-to-the-minute policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive customer experience and high degree of satisfaction by bringing our corporate values to life daily

Requirements:- Associates degree or equivalent years' experience
- 2+ years of financial services experience
- 3+ years of previous customer service or consulting experience
Core Competencies:- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, hardworking, excellent organizational skills
- Proven track record in relationship building, relationship management and customer service; maintains consistently high customer satisfaction
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of customer, employee and management; not encumbered by title or position
Preferences:- FINRA licenses
- Bachelor's degree
Pay Range: $72,100.00 - $120,098.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
