Role Summary:

The Senior Transformation Project Manager is accountable for leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires senior-level experience delivering large-scale implementations in highly complex environments, driving alignment across business, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT stakeholders. The role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps, elevating processes and system capabilities to industry best practices, and ensuring disciplined execution, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide end-to-end projects across functions, sites, and business units.
  • Align business strategy with operational priorities and program objectives for scalable enterprise processes.
  • Build and manage integrated roadmaps covering harmonization, solution design, deployment, change management, and capability enhancement.
  • Own program governance: scope, milestones, risks, issues, budget, benefits, and executive reporting.
  • Align complex, disparate requirements, decisions, and deployment priorities among business, manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.
  • Guide cross-functional teams, vendors, and experts in a matrix environment.
  • Embed solutions into operations through adoption, governance, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business and regulatory needs into actionable implementation plans.
  • Coordinate process design, configuration, data readiness, integration, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Ensure capabilities align with enterprise platforms and digital transformation.
  • Drive standardization and best practices while balancing business realities.
  • Define success metrics and readiness measures for transformation programs.
  • Manage delivery risk, dependencies, escalation, and remediation.
  • Present concise updates to Steering Committees and senior leadership.
  • Focus on business outcomes, adoption, and sustained value post-deployment.


Stakeholder & Change Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted transformation partner to senior leaders across business, operations, manufacturing, engineering, and technology functions
  • Drive alignment across enterprise leaders with differing priorities, legacy processes, and business unit requirements to achieve common outcomes
  • Lead business change activities to ensure stakeholder readiness, process adoption, and sustainable capability uplift across impacted teams
  • Influence decision-making, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive timely executive escalation in a complex matrixed environment


Required Experience:

  • 8-10 years' experience leading large, complex enterprise transformation and system implementation programs
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience delivering transformation projects in a highly complex, multi-business-unit enterprise environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • Program or Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of managing multi-workstream programs with significant organizational change, cross-functional dependencies, and enterprise process alignment.
  • Experience working in matrixed or federated operating models across multiple business units, functions, and implementation partners.
  • Executive-level communication experience, including Steering Committee engagement, sponsor management, and senior stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with process standardization, global template or multi-site deployment approaches, and industry best practice adoption is an asset

Special Considerations:

Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the Reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and be able to obtain higher clearances.

The compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $155,000 annually. The specific compensation offered will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
