Senior Training & Change Management Lead

Position Overview

The Senior Training and Change Management Lead provides client-facing leadership across organizational change management (OCM) and enterprise training initiatives. This role is responsible for designing and executing integrated change, learning, and adoption strategies that enable successful large-scale business transformations, digital system implementations, and cultural change initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of organizational change management strategies and plans aligned to enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Oversee delivery of OCM workstreams including communications, leadership alignment, business readiness, change adoption, and learning
  • Create comprehensive learning strategies to address the learning needs of all impacted audiences including curriculum architecture, optimal delivery models, learning governance, measurement, and alignment to project dependencies
  • Identify executive alignment risks and resistance points and develop targeted mitigation strategies
  • Assess organizational readiness and adoption and report progress and risks to transformation leadership
  • Develop and manage training workstream plans including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and risks
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of blended learning solutions aligned to change and adoption objectives
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to instructional designers, training developers, and contractor resources
  • Ensure training documentation standards, curriculum governance, and approval processes are followed
  • Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training content
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and role-based training programs
  • Ensure training materials are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with adult learning principles
  • Partner with internal practice leaders and client stakeholders to ensure delivery quality and resource availability
  • Provide practice leadership by mentoring and coaching change and training practitioners, contributing reusable methods and templates, and driving consistent delivery quality across engagements.

Required Skillsets
  • This is a remote position based in the United States
  • 7+ years leading organizational change management initiatives in consulting or complex enterprise environments
  • 5+ years leading teams delivering blended learning solutions for professional and technical skills
  • Experience designing and developing content with the ADDIE model
  • Strong verbal communications skills as well as exceptional writing ability skills
  • Experience supporting ERP and enterprise system implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Infor, Salesforce, etc.)
  • The resource should have considerable experience working with and developing standards for multiple training documentation tools (SAP Enable Now, Ancile uPerform, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, Assima, etc.), Digital Adoption Platforms (WalkMe, Whatfix, etc.), and Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and performance consulting
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365
  • Ability to travel up to 0-25%
  • Remote position based in the United States

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
