DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced senior-level Title Processor to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recent title and settlement experience and be fully capable of managing residential and commercial real estate transactions from opening through settlement, recording, and disbursement.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers.

Compensation, Benefits, and Work Schedule- Annual salary of $115,000-$150,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Additional commissions on transactions personally brought to the company

Qualifications• Advanced knowledge of Qualia.
• Minimum of five years of recent, hands-on experience independently processing and closing real estate transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage residential and commercial transactions from opening through closing.
• Strong knowledge of title commitments, title requirements, Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, lender instructions, recording, and disbursement.
• Exceptional organization, accuracy, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of active files and competing deadlines with limited supervision.
• Virginia notary commission preferred; willingness and eligibility to obtain one required.
