  • Troubleshoot issues uncovered during testing and streamline test procedures to improve coverage and efficiency.
  • Analyze test results, identify deviations and trends, and prepare clear test reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively with managers, customers, design partners, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding test status, risks, and issues.
  • Support lab operations, including setup, calibration, safety, and maintenance of test equipment and test benches.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with server hardware installation, test instrumentation (e.g., sensors, DAQ systems), and test automation tools.
  • Solid knowledge of heat transfer, thermal analysis, and immersion or liquid cooling concepts.
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to safety glasses, nitrile gloves, work gloves, steel-toed boots, and lab coats.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and perform hands-on work such as fastening bolts and nuts, drilling, cutting, and basic fabrication; welding experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time during testing and to work safely around running equipment and fluids.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both independent and collaborative team environments.
