Full Job Description
Lead Cross-Functional Technology Delivery

Drive end-to-end planning and execution of complex technology initiatives, aligning engineering, product, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Serve as a Technical Consultant, Technical Challenger & Trusted Advisor

Assess systems, architectures, designs, and delivery approaches; identify modernization and optimization opportunities; and provide actionable recommendations that influence technical and business strategy. Bring sufficient engineering and architectural depth to constructively challenge design decisions, implementation approaches, technical tradeoffs, and delivery risks while fostering productive collaboration with development teams.

Drive Cross-Team Execution & Delivery Coordination

Operate as a force multiplier across engineering, quality, product, architecture, and operations teams. Step into critical delivery functions as needed to coordinate testing efforts, manage cross-team dependencies, remove execution roadblocks, and ensure alignment across complex initiatives. Act as a key owner for driving outcomes, even when authority is distributed across multiple teams.

Ensure Quality, Performance & Operational Readiness

Oversee validation, testing, integration, and deployment readiness, ensuring solutions meet functional, non-functional, security, and compliance requirements before production launch.

Guide Issue Resolution & Technical Problem Solving

Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues, drive root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts that protect system stability and business continuity.

Align Delivery Teams & Stakeholders

Facilitate communication across engineering, operations, product, and business leadership, ensuring risks, dependencies, and decisions are surfaced clearly and managed effectively.

Champion AI-Enabled Delivery & Modernization

Lead the adoption of enterprise-grade AI capabilities across the software development lifecycle. Promote the use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and other emerging enterprise AI solutions to accelerate development, improve documentation quality, enhance knowledge sharing, streamline testing, and support modernization initiatives. Identify opportunities where AI can increase engineering productivity and delivery effectiveness while maintaining governance, quality, and security standards.

Promote Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Establish and refine delivery processes, documentation standards, and best practices that elevate execution quality across teams and programs.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex delivery efforts across multiple engineering and business teams
  • Experience driving quality assurance, test planning, release readiness, and dependency management activities for large-scale initiatives
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with unit testing, mocking, or validating modern software components
  • Proven ability to influence technical decision-making without direct authority through credibility, collaboration, and leadership
  • A passion for improving technology through thoughtful leadership
