What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance, is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities and equipment. This role involves diagnosing issues, managing maintenance schedules, overseeing less-experienced associates, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers. The position requires adherence to safety and regulatory standards while supporting operational efficiency and quality. The Senior Technician also provides hands-on training, documents activities, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring all work meets company policies and industry requirements.
What you'll do:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and document signs of wear, recommending repairs or replacements to prevent future issues.
  • Utilize multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Lead and mentor less-experienced associates, providing hands-on training and overseeing work quality.
  • Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and contractor relationships to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery and company vehicles following safety and regulatory standards.

What you'll bring:

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.








Minimum Qualifications...

Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
