Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician who thrives in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will play a key role working towards the timely and quality delivery of Diode products. Your responsibilities will include repairing and maintaining all production equipment in our wafer fabrication facility to ensure all equipment are available to meet production needs in a safe and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues on the floor will contribute to maintaining optimal production performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Technical or Military training in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant equipment maintenance and repair experience.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, piping diagrams and flow charts.
  • Experience in component level troubleshooting of analog and digital circuits.
  • Experience soldering and desoldering components on printed circuit boards.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing cable harnesses.
  • Ability to test and evaluate the condition of electrical components such as transistors, diodes, resistors and capacitors with an analog or digital multimeter.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to equipment safety and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma in any Technical Field
  • Experience working in Semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Diode manufacturing and testing experience within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with MIL-PRF-19500 & / or MIL-PRF-38534 product manufacture is a plus.
