What You'll Do- Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies that attract top talent and support business priorities.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, delivering a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent.
- Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent intelligence, and guidance on recruiting best practices.
- Contribute to recruiting initiatives and process improvements that strengthen hiring outcomes and organizational growth.
Qualifications- Five years related work experience, with at least one year of recruiting experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Technical recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Experience supporting the data domain is a plus.
