Job Description Summary:

The Senior Technical Recruiter supports the organization’s recruiting efforts to attract a highly skilled and qualified workforce. The Sr. Technical Recruiter partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive innovative strategies and solutions to satisfy dynamic talent needs. In addition, provides leadership in the development and execution of the strategy and vision for the talent acquisition function.

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities
• Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting that includes meeting with the hiring manager to identify the hiring need(s) and setting clear expectations for the process, as well as managing the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
• Act as trusted partner, consultant, and advisor to hiring managers by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive technical markets.
• Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions.
• Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process.
• Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Participate in recruiting events ensuring positive interaction with potential employees, universities and students.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through communication, timely feedback and interview preparation, following through to post employment.
• Build an on-going, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to support open requirements.
• Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns and meeting of hiring goals.

Skills/Abilities
• Ability to translate business/organizational issues as they relate to recruiting lifecycle.
• Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches including networking, internet mining, social media and cold calling.
• An ability to work independently and drive recruiting seamlessly, quickly and with passion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Applicant Tracking Systems experience required (preferably Workday).
• Ability to travel up to 10% .

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant field of study required.
• Certification in recruiting/internet recruiter (CIR, CSSR, TAS, CDR, etc.) preferred.

Experience
• 10+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in emerging science/technical industry.
• DOD recruiting experience preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is

$95,000.00 - $245,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
