What You'll Do- Full-cycle recruiting for critical technical and business roles - from proactive sourcing and cold outreach to closing candidates and scaling teams from the ground up.
- Design and implement scalable hiring processes, including structured interviews, scorecards, and recruiting metrics that evolve with company growth.
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and translate business priorities into actionable hiring strategies.
- Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines across AI/ML, engineering, and other key functions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our standards, ambition, and values.
- Act as a strategic storyteller - articulating Nace AI's mission and long-term vision in a way that attracts top-tier talent in a competitive market.
