The Cyber & Technology Controls (CTC) Talent Acquisition team spans the global range of cybersecurity functions including engineering, architecture, threat intelligence, security operations, risk, regulatory and assurance recruited from top talent across cloud, mobile, electronic payments, cybersecurity, AI/ML.

As a Senior Recruiter (Vice President) on the CTC Recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple Lines of Business (LoB) and tech focused job types. As a segment subject matter expert, you will manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle. Your consultative approach and ability to influence will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions at the Executive Director and below level roles
  • Structuring and negotiation of compensation with new hires and hiring managers to ensure closure of offers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout Establish a rapport and partner with the appropriate stake holders for candidate development and offers recruitment process, share manager feedback and appropriately disposition all candidates
  • Conduct appropriate compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
  • Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs
  • Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicable
  • Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and many advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunity
  • Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • 7 + years of experience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced corporate environment or contingent search firm
  • Significant experience supporting cybersecurity or other specialty function roles
  • Heavy focus on sourcing passive talent and ability to sell them on opportunities within the firm
  • Expert name generation, networking and relationship building skills
  • Experience with sophisticated compensation negotiations
  • Direct sourcing tools and approaches such as social media, x-ray searches, etc.
  • Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
  • Innovative, creative and results oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
  • Experience handling sensitive/confidential information
