About the RoleWe're searching for aCorporate Recruiter with deep experience in Technology recruitingto help scale the teams behind ADT's products, platforms, and digital experiences. You'll partner with Technology and Product leaders to deliver top-tier talent, influence hiring strategy, and elevate the candidate experience-while supporting our mission of creating safe, smart, and secure ways for people to live.
What You'll Do- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across ADT, including Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT, Data, and Product
- Build innovative sourcing strategies that help us compete in a fast-moving technology market
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, using data and market insights to shape decisions
- Proactively develop pipelines and cultivate relationships with top technical talent
- Create a seamless, positive candidate experience that reflects ADT's commitment to trust and transparency
- Support employer branding initiatives to highlight ADT as a top destination for tech careers
- Track recruiting metrics and use analytics to continuously refine your approach
What You Bring- 3-7+ years of recruiting experience, including strong expertise in hiring for Technology functions
- Strong understanding of technical skillsets across engineering, cloud, data, IT, and cybersecurity
- Experience recruiting in a competitive tech market, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Excellent relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
- A collaborative and inquisitive mindset
