Full Job Description
What You'll Do in Your First 6-12 Months
  • Own technical hiring searches - Lead full-cycle recruiting for Product, Engineering, and other technical roles.
  • Build high-quality candidate pipelines - Proactively source and engage exceptional talent, leveraging outbound recruiting, referrals, talent communities, and market mapping to identify top performers before they enter the market.
  • Drive hiring process excellence - Ensure every search moves efficiently through the funnel by maintaining strong recruiter discipline, clear communication, and rigorous stakeholder management. Use data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders - Act as a trusted advisor to Product/Engineering leaders on headcount planning, hiring strategy, organizational design, and talent market dynamics. Help leaders calibrate role requirements, interview processes, and candidate evaluation frameworks.
  • Raise the bar on candidate experience - Monitor candidate satisfaction, communication responsiveness, and interview quality across searches. Use candidate feedback and funnel data to identify opportunities to improve the hiring experience and strengthen our employer brand.
  • Leverage recruiting technology and AI - Utilize Ashby and modern recruiting tools to automate workflows, improve candidate engagement, and generate actionable insights that help the team move faster and make better hiring decisions.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring top talent for technical functions.
  • Proven ability to build and convert high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, relationship building, and thoughtful candidate engagement.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive successful hiring outcomes.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, leverage recruiting data, and maintain a high bar for process excellence.
  • A builder mentality and passion for candidate experience. You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and are committed to creating a thoughtful, efficient, and candidate-centric hiring process.
