Job Title
Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Description
As a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across GTM Effectiveness, including Global Model Office (GMO) transformation programs. This role will drive disciplined execution, cross-functional alignment, delivery readiness, and visibility across key projects, stakeholder impacts, decisions, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

You will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, Product, and GTM Effectiveness teams to manage workstreams, milestones, stage gates, dependencies, risks, operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realization across large-scale transformation programs.

To be successful, you must combine strong project management discipline with systems thinking, operational expertise, and the ability to influence across teams. You can effectively connect business processes, technical solutions, user workflows, and measurable outcomes across complex environments and multiple platforms. This role reports to GTM Effectiveness leadership and works closely with the relevant program or transformation leader based on assigned portfolio priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
• Lead delivery coordination for complex cross-functional initiatives, including workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, decision points, launch readiness, and stabilization activities.
• Build and manage clear project plans that define scope, owners, timelines, dependencies, stage gates, decision needs, and path-to-green recovery actions.
• Manage program governance, decision tracking, RAID management, escalation processes, stage-gate readiness, and executive follow-up.
• Challenge unclear scope, incomplete readiness, missing ownership, unresolved dependencies, or undefined success measures during planning and throughout delivery.
• Support iterative, agile, hybrid, and phased rollout planning, including cutover readiness, hypercare coordination, and transition to run-state ownership.

Intake, Prioritization & Readiness
• Support structured intake, triage, and prioritization by assessing business outcomes, scope clarity, impacted stakeholders, delivery readiness, dependencies, operational risk, and expected benefits.
• Frame complex problems clearly by identifying the problem statement, viable options, risks, trade-offs, decision points, and recommended path forward when appropriate.
• Partner with business and technical teams during intake and planning to ensure initiatives are properly framed, including scope, stakeholders, dependencies, readiness criteria, success measures, and governance needs.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Operational Alignment
• Lead alignment across Sales, RevOps, Operations, IT, Product, and GTM-E teams to ensure delivery plans reflect business, operational, and technical realities.
• Identify operational risks, workflow gaps, data/reporting impacts, handoff issues, process dependencies, and downstream impacts across interconnected systems and teams.
• Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder alignment discussions, governance forums, and readiness reviews that drive decisions and clear next steps.
• Translate complex discussions into actionable plans, risks, decisions, dependencies, and accountable owners across a highly matrixed global environment.

Technical & Platform Coordination
• Coordinate delivery activities involving Salesforce and related GTM technology platforms, including forecasting, enablement, engagement, reporting, and tools that support global sales and revenue operations processes.
• Partner with IT and technical teams to support delivery alignment, integration coordination, issue resolution, release planning, and dependency management.
• Assess impacts of system and process changes across upstream and downstream workflows, teams, reporting, adoption, and operational readiness.
• Support prioritization discussions using business impact, operational risk, scalability, adoption implications, and benefits realization considerations.

Benefits, Outcomes & Decision Support
• Partner with business stakeholders during planning to define expected outcomes, success measures, benefits, adoption indicators, and operational readiness criteria.
• Track delivery against intended outcomes and raise risks when scope, readiness, adoption, or execution decisions may compromise expected benefits.
• Support development of executive-ready governance materials, decision inputs, status readouts, and options papers by synthesizing scope, risks, dependencies, impacts, and trade-offs.
• Ensure benefits, business outcomes, stakeholder impacts, and readiness considerations remain visible throughout delivery, launch, and stabilization.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation, GTM operations, platform migration, CRM, Salesforce, RevOps, or sales technology initiatives.
• Strong project management, dependency management, governance, stage-gate management, planning, and execution discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery across business, technical, operational, and regional stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including the ability to challenge scope, readiness, ownership, and decision clarity constructively.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect business processes, technical changes, data/reporting impacts, user workflows, risks, and operational outcomes.
• Experience operating in ambiguity, structuring messy problems, creating clear execution plans, and managing competing priorities across a matrixed organization.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or enterprise delivery models; ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Planner, or similar tools preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, Six Sigma, Lean, or related certification preferred.
