Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple complex technology programs and strategic initiatives with significant business impact.
  • Establish project governance, delivery frameworks, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, product owners, and technical leaders to align project objectives and priorities.
  • Direct project planning, budgeting, resource forecasting, dependency management, and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business operations.
  • Drive successful execution through Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
  • Resolve complex project challenges and proactively remove delivery roadblocks.
  • Present project health, risks, financials, and strategic recommendations to executives and senior leadership.
  • Translate highly technical concepts into actionable business decisions and clear executive communications.
  • Lead vendor and third-party implementation relationships as needed.
  • Coach and mentor project managers, team leads, and stakeholders on project management best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, project reporting, governance, and portfolio visibility.
  • Ensure projects meet business objectives while maintaining quality, budget, scope, and timeline expectations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, including leadership of enterprise technology projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technology delivery practices.
  • Extensive experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource planning.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to commute to Qnity headquarters in Wilmington, DE and work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
  • Experience leading digital transformation, ERP, cloud, data, or enterprise application projects.
