Position Description:

We are seeking a Sr Project Manager, Digital Programs to lead complex digital initiatives in a large enterprise environment. This is a senior role focused on driving delivery across multiple workstreams, aligning business and technology stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of strategic programs.
In this role, you will bring strong leadership across program planning, governance, financial oversight, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will help deliver meaningful outcomes while working in a collaborative environment where ownership, teamwork, and respect are at the core of how we work.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead complex digital programs with multiple projects, workstreams, and dependencies using SAFe Agile or Waterfall Phased methodology.
. Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and resource coordination
. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, and status reporting
. Establish and manage program governance, including executive updates and decision tracking
. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and delivery outcomes
. Monitor program performance and drive issue resolution and mitigation planning
. Support prioritization, planning, and delivery readiness across initiatives
. Lead cross-functional teams and promote accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Experience leading large, complex digital programs in an enterprise environment
. Strong experience in program governance, integrated planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management
. Ability to manage and track multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities
. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
. Experience working with Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches
. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes
. Strong understanding of digital transformation in complex organizations

Desired Qualifications

. Experience in a regulated enterprise environment
. Familiarity with enterprise applications, cloud, data, or modernization initiatives
. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar
. PMP or other relevant project/program management certification

Education and Certification

. Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or a related field
. PMP Certified
. Agile/SAFe certifications

The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 - $185,000.
