Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams. You will align five workstreams, manage cross-regional dependencies, run Agile ceremonies, and provide executive-level reporting on velocity, budget, and milestones - with experience in vulnerability management lifecycles or cloud security architectures required. The role demands 5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs in regulated environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Orchestrate global delivery across follow-the-sun hubs, aligning execution across multiple workstreams, managing cross-regional dependencies, and ensuring transparent reporting;

- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless execution;

- Track the delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation;

- Drive stakeholder expectations and align deliverables on rapid, short-horizon timelines;

- Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot technical program blockers, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks;

- Lead remediation efforts for vulnerabilities and configuration gaps in collaboration with engineering teams;

- Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion;

- Maintain rigorous compliance with security controls, ensuring governance frameworks are met within heavily regulated enterprise environments.

MUST HAVES

- Strong leadership and communication skills;

- Ability to independently manage, coach, and align cross-functional global teams without oversight;

- 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT programs;

- Deep understanding of security architecture and SCPM (Security Controls Posture Management) controls;

- Solid experience with Vulnerability Management Lifecycles, with strong expertise on the remediation side;

- Proven experience working in a cloud-agnostic environment with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP);

- Proficiency with Jira;

- Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated corporate environments;

- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- Direct software or security engineering background, or deep technical understanding of DevSecOps pipelines;

- Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud.

PERKS AND BENEFITS

- Professional growth: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.

- Competitive compensation: USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.

- Exciting projects: Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companies.

- Flextime: Flexible schedule with remote and office options.
