- Experience with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes, Large Language Model (LLM) release cycles and timeline management.
- Experience with ML or AI principles and technical strategy.
- Experience working on agentic frameworks and products.
Preferred qualifications:- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing customer relationships, promoting best practices, and designing processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage workstreams, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities- Manage programs with technical and product understanding, applying program management to complex AI contexts. Leverage technical knowledge to identify efficiencies and provide thought leadership.
- Manage end-to-end life-cycles, from requirement gathering and risk assessment to feature prioritization. Partner with engineering and product management to define workstreams, resource plans, and project milestones.
- Manage high-impact customer engagements, advocate new evaluation methodologies, and define KPIs for data quality and success.
- Provide clear project status updates to audiences, including cross-functional partners and leadership. Drive feature planning, building cohesion and alignment across all stakeholders.
