- Google Cloud technical experience, with a deep understanding of Google Cloud product/solution stacks.
- Track record of managing complex global operations and driving cross-functional alignment, with a bias toward direct resolution over process.

The portfolio is deliberately broad and will evolve with business driving proactive management of our highest-risk enterprise engagements, standing up early access and product feedback programs for new models and capabilities, scaling delivery best practices across regions, and incubating whatever the organization needs next. What these programs share is a common shape high ambiguity, high visibility, several organizations that must move together, and no single team with the authority to alignment.

Responsibilities - Manage programs with deep technical and product understanding, applying rigorous program management to complex AI contexts. Leverage technical knowledge to identify efficiencies and provide thought leadership.
- Provide clear project status updates to audiences, including cross-functional partners and leadership. Partner with engineering and product management to define workstreams, resource plans, and project milestones.
- Surface deteriorating accounts early with a diagnosis and a proposed path to green, before they require intervention from Cloud leadership. Build the cadence so it scales as the high-touch account portfolio grows, incubating process improvements that reduce reactive escalation over time.
- Establish and enforce cross-functional standards for how customer-blocking issues are filed, triaged, deduplicated, and tracked to closure across engineering and field teams.
- Shape briefing materials for executive customer meetings and drive follow-through on the commitments made in them.
