Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management in the U.S. Federal Government Assessment and Authorization process.
  • 5 years of experience in program management in a cross-functional organization.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Google Distributed Cloud, or Google Cloud's AI offerings and technologies in Department of Defense (DoD) Impact Level environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Google Professional Cloud Architect (PCA) Certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Experience working within the Department of Defense/Department of War or National Security sector.
  • Experience with the Authority to Operate Risk Management Framework (RMF), and NIST 800-53 (Rev. 4, Rev. 5).
  • Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.


About the job

In this role, you will work within the Google Public Sector Services (GPSS) Department of Defense (DoD) Team to lead cross-functional technology, engineering and operations teams to ensure Google Cloud projects are delivered on schedule and on budget. As an integral part of the GPSS DoD team, you will manage multiple complex technical projects and deliverables, requirements/prioritization, compliance, and reporting for projects to ensure success. You will also manage the planning and execution of statements of work to facilitate customer adoption of Google Cloud technologies and services, as well as collaborating with customer systems engineering and integration teams to meet timelines and customer-specific integration requirements. This position involves coordination across multiple efforts (often with engaging priorities) to support bringing the latest Google Cloud technology to the U.S. Federal Government.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits
