Primary Responsibilities:- Own and drive product lifecycle management from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clinical SMEs, and engineering teams to translate healthcare requirements into actionable product features and technical artifacts
- Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business goals and clinical outcomes
- Lead Agile execution (Scrum / SAFe), including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
- Ensure clear articulation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements
- Act as a bridge between clinical/business teams and engineering, ensuring alignment and clarity
- Drive stakeholder engagement, manage expectations, and communicate product progress effectively
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management / Technical Product Management roles
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare domain (Provider, Clinical workflows, or Care Delivery platforms)
- 2+ years of experience Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- 2+ years of experience in Product backlog management and prioritization techniques
- 2+ years of experience in translating business and clinical needs into technical delivery artifacts (user stories, workflows, APIs, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
