Full Job Description
Your role and responsibilities

As an Senior Technical Operations Analyst you will lead teams in identifying access and collection gaps that can be satisfied through cyber collection and/or preparation activities and leverage all authorized resources and analytic techniques to penetrate targeted networks and/or conducts advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity; to profile targets and their activities; and develop techniques to gain more target information. In this role you will determine how targets communicate, move, operate and live based on knowledge of target technologies, digital networks, and the applications on them.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Lead Incident Response Efforts: Manage and coordinate technical operations activities to full spectrum cyber missions, providing strategic guidance to clients on priorities and actions.
Team Management and Collaboration: Oversee a team of technical operations and collection analysts, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure effective mission support.
Regulatory Compliance Advisory: Stay up-to-date with various data privacy and regulatory standards, advising clients on compliance and best practices to meet legal requirements.
Technical Recommendations: Provide technical guidance to security and IT staff, enabling organizations to conduct cyber operations effectively.

Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.

Cyber Mission Operations Leadership: Experience with managing and coordinating full spectrum cyber operations efforts to support government missions, providing strategic direction to clients on prioritizing operational actions.
Team Management: Experience in overseeing a team of responders and forensic analysts, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing to achieve incident response goals.
Regulatory Compliance: Experience with various data privacy and regulatory standards, advising clients on compliance and best practices to meet legal requirements.
Technical Expertise: Experience with leading full spectrum cyber operations leveraging threat intelligence and other capabilities
Security Advisory: Experience in providing technical recommendations to security, cyber operations and IT staff, enabling organizations to prepare for, conduct, and support mission operations.

Requires Top Secret Clearance with SCI access

Data Privacy Standards Knowledge: Experience with various data privacy standards, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices, to advise clients on compliance and mitigation strategies.
Advanced Cyber Operational Mission Tool Proficiency: Experience utilizing leading cyber operational processes and tools to support cyber mission priorities.
IT Security Advisory Expertise: Experience providing technical recommendations to security and IT staff, enabling organizations to prepare for, detect, and respond to security breaches effectively.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
