Your Impact- Design and deliver complex bridge and transportation structures that enhance safety and connectivity across Ontario
- Oversee inspections, rehabilitation strategies, and construction support to ensure quality and compliance
- Drive innovation by introducing advanced methodologies and digital solutions to optimize project outcomes
- Mentor and inspire emerging engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
- Represent WSP in client engagements, industry committees, and thought leadership initiatives.
The Skills That Set You Apart- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, with a bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10-20 years of experience in bridge engineering, including leadership on major transportation projects
- Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., CSIBridge, MIDAS) and advanced knowledge of CAN/CSA-S6 standards
- Proven track record in Design-Build/P3 projects and familiarity with MTO CPS/HICO and BIM tools
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop proposals, manage budgets, and deliver client value
CompensationBC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $162,200 - $212,200
MB & ON: $148,000 - $198,000
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $146,500 - $194,600
