Senior Technical Delivery Lead

About your role:

As a Senior Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for delivering integrations for large enterprise clients, providing a seamless omni channel experience for their customers. You will be vital to maintaining acceptable levels of service delivery for clients. This includes direct client communication.

This team, DDP Digital payouts, provide disbursement solutions for Enterprise, Government, ISV, Gaming and other verticals that assist clients and merchants disbursing globally.

You must have off-hours availability from time to time for supporting the production handover and client field testing.

What you'll do:
  • Lead all technical aspects of solution delivery for enterprise-scale clients; primarily consisting of:
  • Lead from requirements phase onwards on projects.
  • Manage all of the implementation aspects of large-scale projects
  • Partner with the Engineering to design high--quality, high--performance solutions with an eye to solving a business need. - Plans / builds / configures solutions within the specified timelines.
  • Drive efficiencies in execution processes. - Ensures adherence to established standards and may consult with senior managers on technology solutions.
  • Own assigning of resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables.
  • Review system test plans and results to ensure a comprehensive approach to delivering quality technology solutions to the business.
  • Address all reported defects within a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate production handover.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
  • Develop understanding and encouragement of team's engineering innovation and improvement (engineering practices, DevOps, etc.)
  • Drive process automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve delivery efficiency across the team


Experience you'll need to have:
  • 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate / JPA
  • 6+ years of experience in Relational Databases, RESTful and Web services as well as Linux.
  • 6+ years of experience in cloud technologies, specifically Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and container architectures.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered tools to enhance manual processes to streamline time based outcomes. This should have been from complex data where ideation drove innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience


Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience in the payments or financial domain

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
