As a member of the Enterprise Architecture organization, you will define technology architecture, standards, governance, and target-state roadmaps that align business objectives with execution.

Position SummaryThe Senior Technical Architect provides strategic technology leadership by establishing architecture standards, guiding major technology decisions, and developing roadmaps that support business growth and modernization. This role ensures solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, risk management requirements, and operational objectives.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise and business acumen with the ability to influence technology direction across a complex enterprise environment.
What You'll Do:- Define and evolve architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance practices across application, data, infrastructure, integration, and security domains.
- Develop technology roadmaps and target-state architectures that support business strategy and modernization initiatives.
- Evaluate architecture designs, technology options, and solution tradeoffs to ensure scalability, security, resilience, and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with business, product, engineering, and delivery leaders to align priorities, identify dependencies, and support strategic initiatives.
- Lead architecture governance and design reviews, addressing cross-domain risks and exceptions.
- Identify technology risks, technical debt, and systemic constraints, recommending solutions that improve long-term maintainability and performance.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies, architecture guidance, and investment recommendations.
- Influence technology direction across portfolios, products, and platforms while promoting enterprise standards and best practices.
Position RequirementsWhat You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related technology leadership roles, including development of technology strategies, architecture standards, and multi-year roadmaps.
- Proven experience aligning business strategy, technology investments, and execution plans.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of architecture governance, risk management, and enterprise decision-making processes.
- Experience working within Agile, Product Management, and portfolio-based delivery environments.
What Will Set You Apart:- Financial services industry experience.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
- Experience with business capability modeling, operating model design, portfolio planning, and value stream management.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise integration patterns, cybersecurity frameworks, data platforms, and modern digital architectures.
