TL;DRFast-growing measurement company seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the technical execution of AU measurement for our most complex client accounts. Ideal for a hands-on ad ops veteran who can debug live trackers, run kickoff calls, and help shape how the team operates.
Position overviewThis position reports to the Senior Director of Analytics & Technical Account Management. As a senior member of the TAM team, you'll own the technical execution of AU measurement for a book of Adelaide's most complex accounts, resolve tag and ingestion issues end-to-end, and partner with Product on the automation and process improvements that scale the team's work. Day-to-day activities include campaign setup and QA, issue resolution, Excel and Looker-based data exploration, and client-facing technical support.
We're seeking a candidate with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ad operations, ad measurement, or programmatic advertising.
We have a NYC office and a London WeWork, but operate as a remote-friendly company with flexible work options.

In this role you'll learn:
- Gain a deep understanding of attention metrics and media quality measurement
- Work alongside Technical Account Managers to develop scalable campaign execution and measurement solutions that support our clients and internal teams
- Learn how business units collaborate by working within a transparent, cross-functional environment
Core responsibilities- Managing Ad Operations and Trafficking for Adelaide advertiser and publisher campaigns, ranging from campaign set up and generating tags to ensuring measurement fidelity
- Troubleshooting and QA for live trackers while defining processes to automate this workflow in conjunction with both Product & Engineering teams
- Own integrations with new publishers and partners, which may involve debugging of JavaScript and HTML
- Analyzing granular measurement-based data to help improve upon our tracker development and implementation
- Excel and Looker to explore, clean, and filter data in preparation for analysis
- Serve as an escalation point for other TAMs on complex measurement and implementation issues, and share knowledge to raise the technical bar across the team
- Provide client-facing technical guidance on kickoff calls and via email, resolving measurement questions and issues
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in the digital media industry
What you'll bring- 4+ years of experience in ad operations, ad measurement, or programmatic advertising, with hands-on tag implementation and troubleshooting work
- Advanced JavaScript and HTML familiarity in the context of ad tags and tracking pixels - you've personally debugged live trackers using browser DevTools, and are familiar with proxy tools like Charles or Fiddler
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and formula-based data prep for validation and backfill workflows
- Experience with Looker, SQL, or similar tools for exploring measurement data
- Structured troubleshooting instincts - you can walk through your diagnostic process for a broken tag or a reporting discrepancy and know when to escalate vs. dig deeper
- Excellent client-facing communication; you can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and hold your own on a kickoff call
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if you have equivalent hands-on experience

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 115,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
