Job Description

This position is responsible for quality leadership and direction to employee's onsite (5 days). Reporting to the Manager Cash Services, operational support for various day to day functions where the main focus is accuracy, efficiency and to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met at all times.This individual will be accountable for the delivery of goals and objectives of the Centre. They will be the main point of contact for client (branches & external clients) and Armoured Car Courier (ACC) escalations.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexibility between 7h30-5 PM EST (on-site)

What will you do?
  • Manages a team of approximately 12-16 employees
  • Takes ownership of escalated client/service partner issues as a priority ensuring resolution at source.
  • Keeps up to date on all communications
  • Champions coaching routines, meetings, communications to staff.
  • Lead by example, and be hands on with the staff when needed with operational assistance.
  • Executes change, proactively supports the team. Manages and supports staffing & training within the Team.


What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:
  • 2 years proven experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Strong organizational & decision-making skills.
  • A good understanding of Currency processes, BPS and Delivery & Control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with Technology.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment. Monitor, act & react to situations that require attention & pivot quickly.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
