Job DetailsFounded in 2004 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, we provide tax, accounting, and strategic financial consulting services to individuals, businesses, and fiduciaries. With over 130 team members across 12 offices, we've built a culture of collaboration and excellence. We partner closely with wealth advisors and attorneys to offer clients comprehensive financial insight under one roof.
What You'll Do:
- Lead tax engagements for individuals, fiduciaries, and businesses
- Review complex tax returns and develop proactive tax strategies
- Serve as primary point of contact for new and existing clients
- Mentor and guide staff and senior accountants
- Participate in business development, community presence, and firm leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Active CPA license
- Strong experience in public accounting and tax experience (Senior Manager or Partner-level)
- Strong experience reviewing returns and delivering tax strategy
- Proven ability to lead engagements and develop client relationships
- Desire to contribute to firm leadership and possibly pursue partnership
- Big 4 or regional firm experience a plus
- Experience with CCH Axcess and project-based ERP billing preferred
