Job Description
The Senior Tax Manager will manage the company's federal and multi-states tax provisions, tax compliance, and various tax projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provision calculations across US and international legal entities.
• Prepare multi-states apportionment and calculate blended states tax rate.
• Manage the preparation and review of consolidated corporate income tax returns.
• Prepare and review of quarterly estimated income tax payments, reconcile tax account roll-forward.
• Perform tax research and analysis on special projects as needed.
• Assist with IRS and states income tax audit
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and internal business units
• Maintain up to date knowledge of diverse U.S. federal tax legislation and U.S. GAPP financial statement reporting requirements for taxes. (strong in ASC 740).
• Additional duties or special projects as assigned.
Experience, Education, and Physical Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• CPA required.
• OneStream is a plus.
• 8+ years of federal and state income compliance experience, ideally in a public account and corporate setting.
• Experienced with SOX environments.
• Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person.
• Ability to pass job-related employment screenings.
Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000 per year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
