Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive tax experience, particularly in federal partnership tax matters.
• Corporate tax experience is favorable, with an emphasis on public accounting focused on partnerships being relevant.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tax workstreams in a complex, multi-entity setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to operate independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing and leveraging external advisors in tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage complex partnership tax issues including allocations and capital accounts.
• Lead tax compliance and reporting processes while supervising external advisors.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide tax guidance aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Engage in high-impact projects including international tax, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning.
• Provide insight and support for evolving organizational tax strategies.
