What We're Looking For:The Senior Tax Analyst prepares and reviews the global tax provision and works with the Tax Leaders on various tax projects within the Tax Provision, US International, and Compliance teams having visibility into many aspects of the tax department.
- Assists in preparation and review of applicable income tax returns in conjunction with external consultants
- Prepares quarterly and annual income tax provision computations, and related disclosures in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
- Calculates US Taxation of International Operations models (GILTI/FDII/BEAT/163j)
- Performs monthly account reconciliation analysis for income tax balance sheet accounts
- Performs tax research as required
- Assists with various federal and state tax audits and notices
- Develop and improve tax processes with a technology driven mindset
- Keeps current on critical tax law changes
- Works on development and analysis of various tax projects as assigned by management
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of tax experience. Candidates with 3+ years of tax provision experience will be considered
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- CPA preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Exceptional functional and technical knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge of OneSource Tax Provision and Corptax is considered a plus
Able to work hybrid (3 days in office/2 remote) from Lincolnshire, IL.
Pay Range:$86,080.00 - $129,120.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
