Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Military background as an Officer (O-4/E-7 or higher) or Intelligence Professional (GG-13 or higher) with cross-functional team experience.
• Strong knowledge of military staffing processes and command control tools for mapping organizational outcomes.
• Expertise in Enterprise task management systems (ETMS) and coordination in large command environments.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current CI Polygraph (completed within the last five years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee life cycle management of tasks and ensure synchronization of the Task Force's operations.
• Manage the Task Management Tool (TMT) to track and close higher headquarters' requirements accurately.
• Coordinate battle rhythm events including meetings, conferences, and reporting cycles.
• Create visual aids for complex multi-domain scenarios.
• Translate intricate network diagrams and AI architectures into clear visuals for senior leaders.
• Ensure compliance of external communications with Combatant-level standards and higher headquarters' messaging.
• Draft executive-level speeches, talking points, and technical summaries for command decision processes.
