As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a strategic recruiting leader embedded within our People & Culture function. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for key hires across our PR, communications, B2B marketing, and digital practices bringing top-tier talent to an Agency that is redefining what's possible in tech communications.

This role requires a deeply networked recruiting professional who understands the NYC agency landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance urgency with a best-in-class candidate experience.

Accountabilities

Talent Strategy & Pipeline Development
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across PR, communications, B2B marketing, and digital from briefing through offer close
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, leveraging deep networks across NYC agencies and the broader communications industry
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive talent, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, referrals, and industry communities
  • Track market intelligence and provide hiring teams with competitive insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and agency talent trends

Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner closely with People & Culture (P&C), Client Services, Senior Leadership, and cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business priorities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers consulting on role scoping, candidate profiles, interview design, and offer strategy
  • Collaborate with the broader P&C team to deliver a seamless, end-to-end hiring experience that reflects our culture and values
  • Present data-driven recruiting updates and pipeline health reports to senior stakeholders

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to amplify employer brand presence across key platforms and industry events
  • Craft compelling job narratives and outreach messaging that resonate with experienced agency and communications professionals
  • Ensure an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our reputation as a best place to work

Market Partnerships
  • Manage and nurture relationships with our external partners, serving as the primary point of contact for our vendors
  • Maintain a strong pulse on the NYC communications and marketing talent ecosystem


Qualifications

What you will bring:
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within PR, communications, marketing, or a related agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for PR and communications roles, with a strong understanding of the discipline and what great looks like
  • Agency partnership experience either as an in-house recruiter managing agency relationships or as a search professional placing talent within agencies
  • Solid grasp of B2B marketing and digital practices, and the ability to recruit effectively across these functions
  • Exposure to Employee Value Proposition development and the ability to authentically bring an EVP to life throughout the hiring journey
  • Deep, established network across NYC agencies and the broader communications and marketing industry
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust quickly
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms (smartrecruiters exposure would be advantageous), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting analytics tools
  • A genuine passion for connecting talented people with meaningful opportunities
