Job Description

DP World Americas Regional Office is in growth mode. We are on a transformational journey to become the leader in end-to-end logistics. This position will be instrumental in helping to grow our Corporate functions and Sales teams.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience in hiring talent for the assigned business unit.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support and consult with Hiring Managers and HR managers on their operational recruitment demand, that align with overall business needs, and advise on the best hiring strategy. Develop position specific recruitment plans and identify candidate pools
  • Translate strategy to recruitment actions and be the sparring partner during the recruitment process
  • Lead and deliver Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence initiatives that enhance recruiting capabilities across the Americas region
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recruiting workflows.
  • Ensure attractive and exciting job descriptions to engage candidates
  • Proactively source candidates (active and passive) by using our company sourcing strategy and Applicant Tracking System in cooperation with the latest sourcing channels on the market; Screen and interview candidates.
  • Leverage data and reporting to advise and influence stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking system to include moving candidates through the recruitment workflow, responding to candidate inquiries, and completing all required requisition fields to allow for accurate and timely reporting
  • When internal recruitment avenues are exhausted, manage the external recruitment agencies partnerships for approved external searches
  • Manage the feedback and offer process to candidates in continuous cooperation with the hiring manager
  • Optimize the internal and external recruitment processes while providing the best candidate experience for all candidates and managing hiring manager expectations on timelines and market information.
  • Identify and develop appropriate channels to build the DP World Brand. This would include active and passive sourcing, building relationships within the community (i.e., colleges, employment agencies, and recruiters), and participating in job fairs.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Proven track record of recruitment in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives that drive standardized processes, operational excellence, and business outcomes across the Americas region
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously
  • Experience working across a variety of tools - ATS, project management tools like Monday.com, leveraging excel reporting, etc.
  • This role requires adaptability, a talent advisor mindset and an eye for the details
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, Team, Outlook and Excel
  • Strong delivery focus with ability to take full responsibility for campaign recruitment

PREFERRED:
  • We support multicountry hiring across the Americas Region and therefore a bonus if you are bi-lingual in Spanish
  • Sales/GTM Recruiting experience is a plus
