Position Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Division: Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services

Entity: Consumer Products Services

Location: Remote, US

Reports to: HR VP

FLSA: Exempt

Hours Worked: Monday through Friday, forty hours per week. However, must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and complete other projects as assigned.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team within Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (CPS). In this role, you will serve as a strategic, consultative partner to commercial, technical, and operational leaders across the Americas, leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad and varied portfolio of roles - from senior commercial and technical positions through high-volume, entry-level, lab-based talent.

Unlike a purely technical recruiting role, this position spans the full breadth of CPS hiring needs, including Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers, engineers, auditors, quality and scientific professionals, and entry-level laboratory operations staff. You will bring deep sourcing expertise, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter, together with strong knowledge of the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry to build robust talent pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of autonomy, balances competing priorities across multiple business lines and locations, and helps ensure continuity of talent delivery across the broader TA team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, including Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers, engineers, auditors, quality and scientific professionals, and entry-level laboratory operations positions.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Serve as the team's sourcing expert, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and creative direct-sourcing techniques to build and maintain deep pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with commercial, engineering, laboratory, quality, and operations leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver proactive, tailored talent acquisition solutions.
  • Multi-Location Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple US and Americas locations, maintaining insight into each location's recurring and specialized hiring needs.
  • Market Insights & Talent Intelligence: Provide real-time data and analysis on labor markets, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks - with particular knowledge of the TIC sector - to inform sourcing strategy.
  • Hiring Manager Enablement: Coach and train hiring managers on recruitment tools, process, and best practices, promoting consistency and compliance in hiring across diverse functions.
  • System & Process Improvement: Support and help lead company-wide system enhancement initiatives (e.g., ATS upgrades, workflow optimization), serving as a point of contact for rollout, training, and adoption.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional applicant experience from first contact through hire, reinforcing Bureau Veritas as an employer of choice.
  • Requisition Management: Manage the flow of candidates from sourcing through offer within a web-based applicant tracking system, maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant records.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and regional leaders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and business goals.
  • DEI & Employer Branding: Integrate inclusive hiring practices across the recruitment lifecycle and support initiatives that strengthen Bureau Veritas's brand across talent communities.

Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Expert-level sourcing capability, with demonstrated mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct-sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, Indeed, niche/target boards)
  • Proven ability to recruit across widely varied role types - commercial, technical, scientific, and entry-level simultaneously
  • Strong consultative, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
  • Ability to screen and interview candidates to assess both skill and cultural fit
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage high requisition volume and competing priorities with minimal oversight
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed organization
