What you'll do- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Engineering roles (approximately 70% of your workload), from intake through offer acceptance.
- Recruit for additional business-critical roles, including Product Managers, Platform Engineers, Performance Consultants, and other specialist positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, provide market insights, and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
- Proactively source, attract, and engage top talent while building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and drive structured, inclusive, and efficient hiring processes.
- Use recruitment data and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring outcomes, processes, and stakeholder experience.
What you'll bring- Proven experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of hiring for Engineering and other technical roles.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the confidence to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
- A data-driven mindset, using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions and improve hiring performance.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
