We are excited to bring on a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Technical Recruiting to our Talent & Employee Experience organization.

Background Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for various business divisions across Lincoln. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive strategic decision through talent mapping and market insights.

What you'll be doing
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer prep and negotiations
• Partner with hiring managers to fully understand key elements of the role and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social, job boards, networking and referrals to engage potential talent, tracking ROI and capturing data insights.
• Fully assess talent to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit against the role requirements
• Maintain knowledge of the industry and current talent landscape and present data to key stakeholders and business leaders to influence and drive awareness of talent market trends
• Serve as an operational expert within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy in processes, reporting to ensure a positive candidate and manager experience
• Lead Recruiting related projects and initiatives to build and enhance the capabilities and practices of the Talent Acquisition function
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and contribute to the overall development of the recruiting team
• Serve as a subject matter expert to team members and internal and/or external stakeholders on complex searches, assignments or projects
• Identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department or business unit
• Direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management or departmental initiatives.

What we're looking for

Must-haves:
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree)
• 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the various skills required for various positions, including software development, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, data analytics and data science
• Demonstrated experience partnering with HR, Compliance, Security, and Hiring Leaders to implement recruiting risk controls and best practices that protect the organization from candidate fraud, misrepresentation, and hiring process vulnerabilities.
• Experience recruiting for IT and technology roles with knowledge of fraud detection techniques, technical credential validation, candidate authentication practices, and emerging risks associated with AI-generated resumes, assessments, and interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and results oriented mind-set with a passion for Talent Acquisition
• Proven track record for successfully filling challenging technical positions

The pay range for this position is $96,900 - $176,200 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
