Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We9re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own and execute Noma9s US talent acquisition strategy. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role focused on building pipelines of top-tier GTM talent, partnering directly with hiring managers, and shaping how Noma recruits in the US from the ground up. You9ll play a key role in scaling our team and driving the next phase of our growth.

What You9ll Do

  • Own US Talent Acquisition Strategy: Plan and execute Noma9s US recruiting programs, ensuring alignment with GTM hiring goals and global headcount targets
  • Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end hiring for Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and other GTM roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Build a Proactive Sourcing Engine: Identify, engage, and convert top-tier passive candidates from leading cybersecurity, SaaS, and B2B enterprise tech companies
  • Own Pipeline Performance: Take full accountability for pipeline coverage, candidate quality, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance metrics
  • Partner Closely with Hiring Managers: Lead intake meetings, sharpen candidate profiles, and shape search strategy in close partnership with hiring managers across the US
  • Deliver a Best-in-Class Candidate Experience: Run a clear, fast, respectful, and high-signal process at every stage
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the broader People team on employer branding, process improvements, and US hiring strategy

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting roles in B2B SaaS, with a strong focus on GTM hiring (Sales, Marketing, CS, Channel)
  • Proven ability to source and engage top-tier GTM talent in competitive US markets
  • Strong hands-on sourcing skills - Boolean wizardry, referral mining, talent communities, and creative outbound strategies that go beyond LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, LinkedIn AI features, etc.) as part of your everyday workflow
  • Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and strong execution skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global, distributed teams
  • Comfortable working asynchronously with a team based in Israel - partnering across time zones is a feature, not a bug, for you
