Full Job Description
We are looking for a world-class Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our rapid growth. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process for various openings. This position will support Milestone Technologies.
How You Will Make a Difference:
• Manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process for various openings
• Source and screen candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet, websites, resume databases, networking, job fairs, and professional organizations
• Maintain job postings, lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers, and conduct phone screens and interviews
• Collect and share feedback from both Candidates and Hiring Managers to keep all parties informed with updates
• Maintain current and accurate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide detailed documentation of all recruiting and hiring activities.
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and the Hiring Manager.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on hiring decisions, salary negotiation, delivering offers, and closing candidates
• Interact with a diverse audience, including different levels of management
• Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams on projects outside the talent acquisition organization
What You Will Need to Succeed:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in interviewing and interacting with candidates to build rapport quickly
• Strong customer-focused approach
• Exceptional sourcing skills
• Demonstrated success in filling high-volume requisitions with high-caliber candidates
• Ability to work within the specified hours requirement of 8 am to 5 pm PST
