Job SummaryThe Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as the strategic recruiting partner for assigned operating companies and business leaders, specializing in skilled trades, field leadership, and other business-critical, difficult-to-fill positions. This role develops deep knowledge of the business, labor market, and workforce needs to proactively build talent pipelines, advise hiring leaders, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes that support business growth.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as the dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for assigned operating companies or client groups, building trusted relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, field leadership, project management, superintendents, estimators, and other difficult-to-fill or business-critical positions.
- Develop recruiting strategies tailored to local labor markets, business needs, and workforce plans.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through networking, industry relationships, referrals, community partnerships, trade schools, military programs, and workforce organizations.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define talent requirements, recruiting strategies, and realistic hiring timelines.
- Provide market intelligence on labor availability, compensation trends, competitor activity, and recruiting challenges.
- Coach hiring managers throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent interview practices and quality hiring decisions.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to anticipate future workforce needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Support employment branding, recruiting events, career fairs, apprenticeship programs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline health, aging requisitions, and hiring outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters by sharing sourcing strategies, best practices, and market expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Minimum
7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated success recruiting skilled trades, field operations, construction management, engineering, or other difficult-to-fill technical positions.
• Construction, engineering, industrial services, manufacturing, or field services recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple business units, locations, or geographic regions.
• Strong sourcing expertise using networking, referrals, passive candidate engagement, and industry partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to influence hiring managers and build trusted business relationships.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications• Experience supporting organizations exceeding 3,000 employees across multiple geographic regions.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Professional certification such as SHRM, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed workforces.
• Experience with iCIMS, UKG, Dayforce, Workday, Taleo
Additional Information• Role will regularly interact with senior operational leaders.
• Position may require occasional support outside normal business hours due to operational or communication needs.

Travel Requirements- The preferred location for this role is Columbus or Cincinnati OH. If located on site may include occasional travel to worksites or other offices - up to 10%.
